The Parent Council meets quarterly to discuss relevant issues pertaining to West Reading Elementary Center programming. Council members are encouraged to contribute agenda items, and by joining the Parent Council, agree to serve as a conduit by which educational community members can also bring issues to Dr.Babb's attention.
